AMY S. GREENE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC. 

(ASGECI) provides professional environmental expertise to the 

planning, design, and development community, industry, as well 

as to schools, municipalities and non profit organizations.  

We perform a variety of services including:

We provide expert testimony before planning boards, environmental commissions,

and courts.  Our services are vital to residential, commercial and industrial planning; 

transportation, education, port, solid waste and wastewater facilities; park planning; 

and municipal and county master planning and zoning.  ASGECI  has conducted 

seminars on environmental impact assessment and wetland ecology, identification, 

and regulations for the New Jersey Bar Association,  Chambers of Commerce, 

universities, New Jersey Builders Association, and other institutions.  We also design, 

install and monitor wetland, shoreline and habitat restoration projects.  Our organization 

is comprised of highly respected professionals with a broad range of environmental 

expertise.  In order to provide the best service to our diverse clientele, our staff of 

Project Managers and Environmental Scientists are constantly updating their technical 

knowledge of environmental regulations and policies as they are adopted and/or altered 

by Federal, state, and local agencies.  We have performed over 40 transportation related 

projects since 1991 under three task order contracts with the NJDOT Bureau of 

Environmental Services.  Tasks included wetland delineation, environmental permitting 

and identification and design of wetland mitigation sites.  ASGECI was commended by 

the NJDOT for our ability to meet demanding deadlines, the quality of our work, and our

success at obtaining timely approvals from the NJDEP.  

Since 1986, ASGECI has performed over 2400 projects in nine states.
